For all general VA and EA services provided by fluid, our flat rate goes as low as A$9 an hour plus GST. Our more specialised and expert level roles have a flat rate of A$20  an hour plus GST. This means you can get the benefit of high-quality work while keeping costs down.

For General VAs & EAs that have regular full-time hours: You will be billed at the first of each month.

For specialised and expert-level roles: At the end of every month, when we will itemise all of the work done, the hours that were spent on it and the associated cost. We will then invoice your business.

Yes, Fluid Support Services is an Australian registered and located company. This means you are working to all of the required Australian standards and have local resources that you can speak to if required.
